Enspire Dental is in-network with Delta Dental and accepts most insurance plans. If your insurance has changed or you have any questions regarding your individual coverage, fill out the form above and select Insurance Check.
Unfortunately, we do not accept some dental insurance plans, including Medicaid, Delta Care, and any EPO. If you have specific questions about your plan or need help choosing one, give us a call at (734) 663-6777 or fill out the adjacent form, and one of our insurance coordinators will be happy to assist you.
